Sunday marathon: Route restrictions around Crickets Avenue, downtown, Mackenzie Park, Mae Simmons Park and Dunbar Historical Lake were scheduled through approximately 3 p.m. Reopening has not been independently confirmed.
This week: North Avenue P between East Cesar Chavez Drive and Erskine Street was closed for waterline replacement Oct. 22; reopening not confirmed by a newer city notice.
Ongoing: TxDOT's Loop 88 Phase 3C plan includes all-way stops at FM 1585/Avenues U and P. No additional significant new Lubbock road restrictions were verified in the official notices reviewed this afternoon. The live DriveTexas incident layer could not be inspected for individual incidents.
