The 2026 total represents about 19.5% of the county's registered voters. Five-day turnout is about 4.6% above the 2018 raw count and 49.2% above 2022. Because the number of registered voters has changed, these comparisons describe participation, not election outcomes.

Voting history does not record anyone's ballot choices. The Chronicle's earlier two-day classification of 17,493 voter records differs by three from the county's two-day official turnout total of 17,490. Those series must not be combined. The Friday county report does not supply an updated Republican-history/Democratic-history breakdown.
